Earthquakes & Ice Cream

Well we had a little excitement in Southern California last night. A 4.7 earthquake. These little rumblers are a good reminder to get together an emergency plan. Our earthquakes, mud slides, wildfires... Err why do I live in California again. Well the East Coast and South have hurricanes and the "middle" has tornadoes. So we are SOL regardless... might as well live in paradise. Seriously though... we can never be too prepared.



I had just finished up a couple of scoops of this yummy new Protein Ice Cream flavor when it hit. So if you make this Ice Cream and all hell breaks loose. It wasn't my fault.
