I am so proud of you. I wish I could see you run and offer support on Marathon day, but I will be out of town on vacation. I wish you well. You have taken on such a big endeavor so soon after surgery. You should be very proud of yourself... I know I am proud of you.

Good Morning Cali,
I stayed up until 1 am this morning, but I am 95% packed for my Alaskan cruise. I even made a list of things I need to take for the week. Am I good or what? I will miss all you (as I am looking at glacers, sipping ****tails and eating salmon).
Janine- thank you for the shout out. How are you feeling, girlfriend?
I have to go to the cleaners tonight to drop off a dress.
This weekend was busy for me. Friday night, I waited for my cousin to drop off my Mary Kay order. Saturday, I got up at 4 am to go to the laundrymat. Then I ran some errands. Sunday, I did not go to church, but I did meet my girlfriend, Gaby for lunch and to hang out in Hollywood. This was the first time I had seen her this year, because she has been busy trying to secure her job and taking care of her health. We had lunch at CPK and walked around a bit. I brought my travel documents for her to look at. She was quite excited. She wants to do the same cruise, but she wants to take the train, make stops along to way and stay in each city for a couple of days.
After we had parted ways, I ran a couple of errands, came home and started putting laundry away and packing. As a belated Christmas gift, Gaby is taking me to a musical and dinner. Also, as a belated birthday gift, she gave me the travel set of Bath and Body Works, and she is taking me to Disneyland. I have to put the finishing touches on her sweater. I felt bad that I did not have it finished yesterday.
I have a doctor's appointment today in regards to my IT band problem.
Anyway, I will talk to everyone later.

Good morning Cali. Its a cloudy, muggy, ready for thundshowers day here in Hesperia. Actually had sprinkles for about 30 seconds as I pulled in to the parking lot. I am at work (bored as the kids are testing and my paperwork is caught up) and have some time for surfing OH. Whoo Hoo!

Great shout out as usual Janine! Like someone else said it's a great way to catch up on what everyone is/was doing when I'm gone. And ANTS are not stupid...even if they do get 'lost' if someone messes with their scent trail....I'll follow the trail back to where they are coming in...spray the heck out of the entrance...those suckers will find another entrance 6" away and still come in!!! I've been killing 'scouts' for over 2 weeks now...is it time for winter yet??? One good freeze will send them under ground for sure ROTFL
Brain is a little foggy this morning...slept like a log last nite and just don't want to wake up. Got a boreing staff meeting this morning to go over our convention in Hawaii next month; been there, done that...been going to convention for 17years now..not much ever changes but the location. I could really use a good nap...like that's gonna happen Ha!
Other than work, nothing much new happening. Got hazy conditions outside and temp is still gonna be high for this time of year...95degrees. Guess we shouldn't complain, tho...we could have the humidity that the South and Florida suffer from...ugh...feel so sorry for them. And we could be like Washington...where 'summer' happens on July 17! LOLOLOL

Awesome shout out Janine, as always. I had a very nice spa day with my daughter on Saturday, and yesterday went out with her and hubby to see Star Trek and then dinner. Very nice weekend.

I know I've been quiet on my end for the past couple weeks and I sooooooo sorry! You can blame my cousin for that one! He bought he the first two books of the Twilight Saga and after the first 20+ pages I was hooked and I've blasted through all four books in a matter of 12 days! I never knew I could read so fast! LOL
Anywho, I missed everyone on the boards!

I hope everyone is having a great Monday morning. My last day off, then back to work. Oh well, it has been a great weekend.
Janine, the baptism went well. It was great to see my friend and her little boy. He isn't so little anymore. I haven't seen him since he was 3 months. They get grow so fast. He is 6 months now, and has a healthy dose of rolls. I just love babies with rolls. His thighs look like mine. LOL.
I have a dentist appointment this morning. YUCK. I hate the dentist
. I don't have much planned for the day, I might get some cooking done, but other then that, I plan on being a slug for the rest of the day. Have a great one everyone.
