LA Marathon....

We have a large group of students and a few staff running today as a part of student's run LA.  I am so excited for them.  They are supposed to have a special set up at mile 11.  I wish them and all the others a successful day.

I know Lola said she had planned to give updates while running...ain't it grand her ability to multitask???? Hope you don't work too hard LuLu and if I find anything out, I will text you for sure!

I am so excited for my angel Lola and her Mom.  They have worked so hard and prepared so long for this day.  What a great accomplishment for them and I am such a proud angelette.

Kudos to our bestest friend Steve who has been training with a group of at risk kids from Oakland for the marathon.  He flew down there with them and they will be running together.  Then in 2 weeks he is a crew captain for the Aids Lifecycle ride from SF to LA.   Lola is supposed to call him and meet him at the end of the race and I hope the rally cuz it will be two wonderful people meeting.

Can't wait for Lola and her mom to let us know how it went.  I thought about them today.  Myself, I walked 3 miles around Balboa golf course today and feel great.
