100 pounds gone forever!!!
Well, it has been six months since my surgery and I am happy to report that I have lost over 100 pounds overall and 94 pounds since my surgery date. I am completely thrilled with the results. My next goal is to get below 200, which I am hoping to do by end of June. I havent weight this much (or this little I should say) since before my daughter was born 15 years ago. I thank god for my tool everyday! I went to the doctor this morning and all of my labs look really good. The only thing I am borderline low on is protein, so maybe I should up my shakes to 2 a day?? I really hate them though so maybe I will just try to sneak in some protein during the day like beef jerky or something........any suggestions?
Congrats to you! Way to go - I'm right there with you - just took me longer to get here! I can't wait for onederland!!!
I sometimes drink 2 protein drinks a day - because I flat out can't eat enough to get all I need through food - no room for it. My doc said OK . . . but I'm lapband so I don't know if that matters to you. Anyway to get it in is good for me!
Enjoy your SMALLNESS! How great!

Way to go hun.. You are certainly rocking your tool.. Keep it going. You will be in wonderland before you know it.
Keep up the good work.. Make sure you take all your vitamins, and up that protein. It is best to get the extra protein out of food, but if you have to get it through a protein drink, you have to do what you have to do.
Congrats again, and keep rocking that tool..
Hugs,
Jenn
