Just a quick note, I finished the San Diego marathon today with a time of 5:44:17. Not optimal, but better than i had anticipated given my training run times.

Will post a detailed race report tomorrow as there was a lot going on to this weekend

I am now a revision after lapband complications. I had many complications with the lapband and now am learning to be a proud SLEEVER!
This is a tool not a cure all or the 'easy way out'. There is work to be done, I'm in!

That is awesome! My oldest sister has ran many marathons and one of my goals is to run next to her one day. You give inspiration and I know I can get to that goal
