 Hello,

Just want to say hello to all. When does this LB group meet? I am new but would love to join in. I am having my surgery this Friday and will probably have lots of questions for all of you. I am in Los Angeles near Pasadena and Glendale. Is there a meeting up here? 

Any thoughts or advise on the first two weeks post op would be appreciated. I'd love to hear from any and all about your experiences. It is great to know so many have done well with the surgery.

You are at the right spot for support and very knowledgeable people.  This is a great forum, great people and a wealth of information.

Listen to your Doctor, be very compliant to the regime that you are told to do.

Protein, protein, protein,sip,sip,sip, water, water, water, walk, walk, walk, and listen to your Doc, Doc Doc!!!!!

You will be  in my thoughts and prayers for speedy recovery and I am moving over on the losers bench for you.
