3 more days and counting gang and you can say it is Friday! Happy Tuesday to all of you!
Special shout out to Naomi and prayers to her and her family that husband is going to be alright....scary stuff and they all need their prayers. I think the doctors are continuing to run a battery of tests on him to see what is up why is he scaring him and his family. Just say your super duper prayer everyone!
MoMo I trust you made it home last night and are probably as burnt out as your great host RHonda. I know you had to have a wee bit of fun this past weekend and I fully suspect this is going to become an annual event in the MoMo grand scheme of life!
Rhonda you were awesome to open up your home and family to a bunch of people. Gerry rocks for his part in all of it. I hope that you are starting to get your voice back....hmmmm Rhonda without a voice....that would be a new one!
Oh and speaking of this past weekend....Rhonda and Chris got caught kissing my monkey! My monkey had been MIA for months and I found out that LuLu and Rhonda stole my monkeys and took them on an adventure. The adventure lives on!

Julie dont you just love the 350Z???? Is it a convertible? My son and dil had one when they first came out, but eventually got rid of it because James is almost 6'4. I know you have to look HOT HOT in it and it will be a dude magnet. I wanted to get one myself, but got the 2 seater Mercedes instead.BTW...your board pic is just awesome...now everyone can see just how beautiful you are!
Speaking of new board pics....HEATHER!! Now it looks like you for sure gf!!! YOu look awesome in the photo!! I am really glad that I met you also, I wish I could have spent some more time chatting with you...hard when there is a large group of people. I must say I really have a lot of admiration for what you did this weekend and how your boys interacted with those children.Speaks volumes about you! I hope to get some time to see you again...you really seem like a real terrific gal!
Karen you know you have all of our prayers about the condition of the lympnoid. We are all sending super duper heavy duty miracle prayers to you that the testing and removal will be smooth and it was just one of those pesky things that happen to our bodies. I had them removed under my arm a number of years ago....no cancer thankful, but I was a carry of staph...which made them swell....it was like OMG....I was in a great deal of pain coming out of it...then it kept hurting to the point on that Monday, I called the docs off and said something was wrong....he said you couldn't have an infection already...welp I did...they sent staph off n my body from removing the lymph....I was hospitalized and operated on and was in the hospital in quarantine for almost a week. I was one sick cookie. So the upshot....don't worry...we are all praying and I surely hope that it is just a pesky lymph that decided it wanted to mess with you!
Kim in Fontana....I get the picture load and clear...ever thought of picking the dobies up???LOL I hate it when neighbors and not aware so to speak. Yeah keep taking them garden pics....I love them!!! Congratulations on your daughter graduation from HS....isn't it a great feeling?
Terry I hope your rotten tooth ache has subsided and that you were able to get to the dentist to get it worked on! Thanks for being concerned about me....I really do appreciate it. I really felt pretty good yesterday because of all the sleep the night before and truth be told even though I am up a bit before 4 this morning, I did sleep from about 9 or so. My friend said that if I went to bed early and got up early it is okay as long as I get non interrupted sleep. I am hoping for a good day today....my day yesterday was bright...got a new artwork project rolling, had lunch with a friend and did errands. Pain and swelling yes....but I still felt good in the head if you know what I mean!
Nancy it sounds like you had a wonderful peaceful weekend. I sure miss that part of the country. I wanted so bad this summer to ride up to the Sierras, Yosemite and all those places, but you know what I am doing this summer! I surely would like to see some of your cravings. Take some pictures and put them on line...PLEASE!!! Hope your week does not stress you out too much!!!
Nikki glad to hear your mom is home and close to you. I know you miss her and I surely hope that you are not overdoing it either. I know how you are...like me LOL How is work going...are your co workers being nice to you?

Barb...now why on earth does Ron hate the hottub??? I would have killed to have one when I lived in the bay area!!! I did have a doughboy though! LOL When I moved here, I told Jeff I could sleep in a tent as long as I had a pool! Well got the house, got the pool, and got the hottub...I lucked out for sure!!! I will be keeping everything crossed and praying that job posts this week!!!

Today I get to drive into Beverly Hills to see the Dr. K-man,....Oh joy!!! It has just been over 3 weeks since I had breast reconstruction and hernia surgery. I have some weird things going on like...when I had my lower circumfrential body lift...well I am having these really bad nerve problems there...you know that feeling when you get a shot in your butt and it realy hurts? Well that is the feeling I have constantly now....plus my ab muscles will not stop cramping. Ah life is such a joy sometimes and I cannot help thinking that this was all brought on by myself. If I had never been fat would I have had all these aches and pains. I guess age would have brought some of them on, but I am thinking not as many as I have. My mind is young, but sometimes my body is so dang old and hurting. If the fairy or genie ever showed up and granted me 3 wishes....that one be not hurt, never have food issues again, and to be able to move like I could when I was in my teens. Hell with money and all that other garbage! LOL
Well have a great day all.....remember tomorrow is WWW and you need to start thinking about hitting the scale. Aslo remember to drink tha****er gang...it is getting to warm to slack on it...and take those vitamins...vital to our health!!!

I was told to get a new avatar . . .the other one is only a couple weeks old . . .but still we new something new . . . I'll work on it.
My son is actually hoping to hear THIS WEEK of when he needs his physical (again) and then maybe a move date to Monterey . . . dear Lord . . .we all need this . . . I will be 18 months out tomorrow . . . and they moved in the week after my surgery . . . we all need some space! Keep your fingers crossed please!

Thank you for the awesome shout out this morning Janine!! Yes, I did need to get out and thanks to Rhonda, I was able to. I am going to try hard to get to more stuff because I need the support and the accountability. I am trying to get back on the protein train. I want to start drinking shakes again because it is just easier for me with the crazy working hours I have (5 am to 1:30). This schedule has screwed up my eating habits. I am eating breakfast at 6 and then lunch at 10:30 and then by the time I get home at 2 I am starving but dinner isn't until 6 pm. I just figured shakes would help and then I hopefully wouldn't eat so much. Does anyone know of somewhere that I can get it cheap that doesn't taste cheap? I know Walmart sells some. Has anyone tried theirs? I used to get mine at Costco but I don't know if they still sell it there or not. Guess I need to start hunting around some.
Time to get back to work and move some trucks!! Everyone have a wonderful day!!
Just a quick type by. Thank you everyone for all your good wishes. Hubby is doing better and just wants to go home, but the doctors want to run a stress test, echocardiogram and some additional blood work before they will cut him loose today. He is also wearing a 24 hour monitor as well. Thought I'd try to sleep in, but well, you know how that goes.
