Good MOrning all!  I am awake.  Barely.  I've been up since 1:45 am because I got called into work.  I've been having a hard time waking up due to taking a flexeral pill last night.  Finally starting to wake up tho.  I just had a Crystal Lite Energy drink with a small amount of caffeine in it to hopefully give me just enough of a jolt to wake up.

It's still raining outside and that's a good thing as it means my gas leak assessors won't be working and I might even get some of my regular work done.

I have a horrible sore throat and gravelly voice.  If my throat didn't hurt so much I might even say my voice sounded sexy but................. I am pretty sure it'll be totally gone by tonight.  Damn.  I have not been sick since about 3 months before surgery.  Not even the sniffles.  I made it through my hubby having 3 nasty colds without catching what he had.  Now, where did this mess come from?  (Airplane???)  Oh, well.  I'm taking more Vit C and an extra set of multi vitams today.

Stay dry, stay hydrated, exercise and enjoy!

Thanks everyone for your kind words . . . the poor little guy had another episode this morning at the hospital . . . they don't know what course of action they will take today - but it probably doesn't include coming home.  Thanks for the comments on the meds Rhonda . . . my daughter asked the same thing last night about it causing more and longer episodes . . . hummm  . . . told my son to ask the doctors . . . they has to be something to that.

If I didn't say it . . .I also had a GREAT time on Sunday . . . I can't believe Disneyland survived with so many Type A people there at one time!  (I'm an A- by the way) . . . would do it again any time!

Hugs everyone . . . and speaking of hugs . . . great to see you posting Steve!  I didn't get any of the rain/thunder and lightening/hail . . . i'm jealous!

Chris

Good morning Chris and Cali-

I am home with Vanessa alone this morning.  She has been content with watching TV.  She wants to go to the park, I told her when daddy gets home.  I have had very little pain so far.  I have been walking throughout the day and that seems to help.  I was only able to get about 26 oz of fluid in yesterday does that seem OK for just four days out?  I have been able to eat OK, had some cream of what, SF pudding, fage yogurt, apple sauce and everything seems to taste alright.  Hopefully my taste and smell did not get messed up like with some folks.

Good Morning Y'all,

Chris, I so hope they can find out what is going on with your grandson. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers.

Yesterday, I met with my new trainer, and today, I have my first workout with him. I am really looking forward to it. Last day off for me for the week, back to work tomorrow, and Saturday.

It is very gloomy here today. Maybe we will have a thunder storm here, not likely. They don't happen very often around here. I miss thunderstorms. I used to live in Texas and they have them a lot, and it is great entertainment. LOL.

Well, I must run I have doctors appointment this morning. I hope you all have a fantastic day.

sorry to hear about that Chris; I hope the new medications work out.

I'm here, it's Thursday, and I have just a half day of work tomorrow.  I totally forgot about my dentist appt tomorrow, so hopefully that goes smoothly.

This June gloom thing is really living up to it's name this year, and it kinda sux.  It kinda puts a damper on the exercise thing.  I wanna get outside and put in some "road work," but instead I'm confined to the inside with my stationary bike.  At least it's getting done, right?  I didn't even get to make it to the Huntington Beach coffee yesterday, because there was so much traffic.  I even left @ 4:30, hoping to make it, but that didn't happen.  So all that went, I hope you had a great time, and got some useful info from the PT's.  I'll make it next time hopefully.

Until then.....

Just a quick type-by as things are crazy busy here at work right now!! Men and their tedious projects.... one of those days I guess.

Another week of impressive numbers for our California Gang. Great Job to everyone!!

Chris - I am so sorry to hear about your grandson. Seizures have to be the scariest, they come on with no warning and are so hard to watch. My nephew had one when he was 2 and my mother suffered several during her illness before she passed. Once in the front seat of my car. I almost ran right off the road. I am praying for him and your family.

Rhonda - Congrats on the weight loss!! And I am so proud of you getting that protein and your vitamins!!

Momo - It was so great meeting you when you were here. Taking that leap of faith as Rhonda said takes a pretty special person!!! Hope to see you again very soon!!

Robin - I am sure everything will go just fine tomorrow. I am saying prayers for your little guy.

Okay everyone have a great Thursday!!!

Love the Avatar if I have not told you before!   You need to change your name to Weathergal, WeatherGirl  Heather Weather,  WeatherHeather or something as now I have associated your name forevermore with the weather!  lol.  I don't think you met my freind Cheryl but she is thinking of going to the coffee on the 27th too, she is a fun gal (not a surgery gal but has lost a ton of weight).  I may also ask Michelle if she wants to join us she lives just down the street from me.  We may have our own get together in the car on the way down!  lol.  Talk to you soon, my dear and I love the Avatar.

Rhonda
P.S.  Where did you get that tan?  (a box, a machine, some cream, Hawaii?  Some cute guy I bet that is it!  lol)
