Hey Michelle,

Don't be down!  We are here for you!  Cheryl and I were just talking about you this morning and we got to get on a walking schedule. Today is not going to work as it is raining here, but maybe if it clears up later today you and I can go for a walk.  I was planning on walking today at 10:30 to go and pick up my daughter from school but that is not going to work either!  Cheryl and I went to curves this morning.  I am joining tomorrow morning.  I don't know what your budget is like but if you join I will be glad to pick you up when we go.  We are planning on going every day at 7:00.  When my husband goes back to work we are going to go at 6:00 a.m. so I can get home to take my kids to school.  Call me as I am home just cleaning and hanging out.  I have to pick up my daughter at 11:30 so if you are not doing anything maybe I can pick you up too and you can go with me to run some boring errands?  Let me know.

Rhonda

If you lost my number just PM me and I will send it to you again.

Good Morning crew!  Happy Wacky Wednesday!  I am up 1/2 of a pound today but I'm not too worried about it.  I had such a wonderful time this past weekend and Miss Rhonda and Miss Becky took such good care of me!  But, I am now back on track and doing good.  Protein smoothie by my side, bucket of vitamins ready to inhale and we're sailing through today.

Today brings me a trip to my primary care.  I have a lump on my leg that's getting bigger and we need to talk about my muscle spasm in my butt.  That damn thing is beginning to **** me off.

We went and shot our bows last night.  It's a lot of fun!  Working the upper arm muscles.  I need to go find a "smoother" or something for my tummy area.  My outfit for the reunion is really nice, but would look fabulous if I could just tame some of the excess skin into not jiggling around like a nasty bowl of jello!  Most of the time I don't care as I wear polos or loose t-shirts but for this one I need something.  Anyone have any suggestions????

Off and running!

Morning MoMo . . . try spanks . . . or WalMart has their own brand of the same thing . . .cheaper . . . I've used it on a few tops that show the jiggle too much . . . it's worth a try!  Good luck!

Good morning!

I have heard that Lipo in a Box are the BEST.  That one they sell on t.v. called the kimora or kimono or whatever it is called is a big waste of $$ in my opinion.  My friend got one and she said they are as uncomfortable as just about anything.

Hope this helps!

Hi MoMo,
You will pay more for Spanx but they are so worth it.  Put one of those babys on and your jiggles will be gone.  Also, you can breath in them.  Very comfortable.  A great investment until you can get plastics to get rid of it permanently.

Hi MoMo!! I swear by Spanx. It's a little on the pricey side, but works great. Spanx also has a more affordable version called Assets. You can pick it up at Target. I have used both and they are fantastic! Have a great day. =)

Momo, I swear by Spanx, too. I love, love them! When I wear dresses at work, I look so flat. I would never go without them. I have seen the Assets at Target but I have never used them. Have fun with your new Spanx!

Good Morning Y'all,

I am down 3.2 lbs this week. It was nice to see the scale move. I have my first appointment with my trainer this morning. I am looking forward to it. I need someone to kick my ass. I survived my dentist appointment yesterday. I am surprised that my mouth isn't as sore as I thought it would be. Although it is much easier to eat food I don't have to chew.

MoMo, if you are looking for a slimmer, you should try spanx. I haven't used them, but know people who have and they say they work great. They are nice because they hold you together, but aren't heavy like some of them can be. I hope this helps.

I hope everyone has a fantastic "hump day".

Good Morning Chris and Cali Crew!!

I still don't have a scale but I am reporting that something is changing because my underware keep falling down when I walk....lol.  I really need to get a scale but that is going to have to wait till later when money isn't so tight.  I will just keep trying to keep protein first and keep walking.  I walked 2 miles yesterday to the grocery store and back with my son.  He has a weight problem too so I am glad when he gets out there and walks with me.  He always likes walking with me.  I was so tired when I got home and my heel spur hurt so bad.  I took a shower, a half of tylenol pm and then hit the sack early.

Now I am at work, looking out my window at the beautiful clouds.  Have a great day everyone!!

My great hope is to laugh as much as I cry; to get my work done and try to love somebody and have the courage to accept the love in return.-- Maya Angelou
