Greetings all,

Well finally yesterday the wife could not stand my baggie falling off in public clothes any longer and insisted (putting it kindly) that we just go look at some clothes for me. Of all places we stopped at Wal Mart to see what they had and thats when the ride started. I never even imagined that just 4 months after surgery would I be be able to buy clothes off the rack especially at Wal Mart.

Low and behold, we found shirts, jeans, and even underwer (sorry if TMI) that fit.......Me buying clothes of the rack OMG !!!  We walked out of that store with 2 pairs of jeans, a decent shirt and a package of undies for just over $ 41.00. That is less than it use to cost for just a decent pair of shorts at the big and tall stores LOL.........Just had to share

Have a great day...........Rick

Great job Rick!! I need to do the same thing.

Here's a funny anecdote. I went to a job fair in Ontario last month and wore one of my favorite skirts that I hadn't 'retired' yet. When I got out of the car, I was straightening my stockings and my skirt slipped down my hips and hit the ground. Luckily there was really no one around and I was between 2 parked cars...lol I have since 'retired' that skirt until I can find a seamstress to take it in for me.

Rick,

Congrats, gotta love Walmart because it is affordable and they have decent stuff.  I just bought my first large shirts.  Out of plus sizes and ladies XL.  So cool.

Way to go.
