Round 3 with my sister
Yap DD is back in the hospital. This morning around 4 AM DD woke me saying she didn't feel good. That her left side is hurt, from her head to the toes.
So off we went. Because of her history, they took her back fast, and hooked her up. The funny part. They could not find her old chart, so they had NO back ground on her. The asked us 3 times if she had the surgery at that hospital. Could it have been Parkview? or even Corona? I asked them to call her Dr. was told he was in surgery. I ask them to ask him if he knew her name. They came back saying, now if we could just find her chart. LOL!! OK so now they knew her, Dr Del Roe order a ton of test to be run, from the OR no less.
After the first round of test, the ER Dr come running in saying SURGERY NOW!!!!!!!! The dessication is moving/growning. Blah Blah Blah. Scared DD and me.... But once the Dr left the room, I told DD I bet its the thing as last time and we should not worry, unless Dr. Del Roe say surgery. which we know he wont, unless it is really bad because of her lungs. After about two hour. The ER Dr came back in and told us, what I was saying all along. Same as last time, no surgery at this point, but they want to keep her over night and see how thing as looking the morning. Also, let Dr. Del Roe see her and make sure all is the same. She might be able to come home tomorrow, so keep hoping for her.
At 4:30 PM over 12 hours later, they moved her to a room, and I came home. On the drive home, I was so sleepy, I almost fell asleep behind the wheel. I knew I was sleep but WOW!!. I knew I weaving all over the road. Hoping like heck I get home before the cops find me. Lucky for me, I made it home and all is good. LOL
Of course I am sure if I had some thing to eat in them 12 hours, I might not have been so sleepy. But who knows?

LuLu...I am more worried about you right now than your sister because at least she is in the hospital where they can take care of her...you....you just let yourself go which NO good...when are you going to stop this gf???

I'm so sorry sweetie, how scary!!! I'm glad they kept her and hopefully they will figure it out.
I have to agree with Janine though honey, you can't be a good support for DD if you don't take care of yourself first! I'm worried about you too and don't make us come there and kick some bootay!!! TAKE CARE OF YOU too!!! You need to eat or you will be in the hospital too.

I have to agree with Janine though honey, you can't be a good support for DD if you don't take care of yourself first! I'm worried about you too and don't make us come there and kick some bootay!!! TAKE CARE OF YOU too!!! You need to eat or you will be in the hospital too.

What are we going to do with you? You have to carry an emergency bag in your car with stuff you can eat. Nuts, dried frui****ers, can of soup or something! I am sorry you are going through this once again. Listen to everyone here and start taking care of you. If you are going to the hospital this morning, will you please pack yourself things that you can eat? Don't make me drive down there to you and smack you becuzse of all of this, shame shame on you. Email me back or call me and tell me what time you are going down there and what you are taking with you. YOu need to take care of you or you will be worthless to DD. And this driving that tired, are you out of your mind. You have too many friends you can call for that my dear, and it is cheaper and easier on your body to get a taxi, then end up wrapped around a tree, and then in the bed next to DD. I am going to call you this morning and give you what for, but I needs some coffee and a wake up my self.

I am sorry your sister is going through all this again and I pray maybe this time they will find out what is causing it. I will also pray for you...you need to take care of yourself lady...you are no good to you sister if you don't. As Rhonda said....take some things with you...you never know how long you'll be there and you want to be prepared...call me if you need anything...I'll be right there!!!!
