Lu.........take care of yourself!  Please!  I think we should all get our heads together and pack you up an emergency protein pack for your trunk!  I'll contribute!  Also, get Rhonda to make you a lucious fruit smoothie one of these days.  It'll keep you moving all day long!

Prayers for DD AND for YOU!  Please don't wrap yourself around a tree - they really hurt!   Let me know if there's anything I can do!
