Happy TGIF!!

So the week has been pretty uneventful.  The bosses full of bark, but no bite; the police men with nothing better to do than pull me over, just to see if I really owned the truck.  Gas prices going up again, but what else is new.  I'm glad the work part of the week is over.
Nothing much planned for tonight, just relaxing for tomorrow.  I have to help my brother set up for his sons 3rd birthday party, which should be a ton of fun.  Bouncers, magicians, and pinatas, I"m soo looking forward to this. 
Other than that, I just have to wash my truck, and do the laundry, and it's back to the grind.  BUT I hope everyone has a fun weekend, and I'll see y'all at the LB coffee.

Well, Miss Janine...it don't do no good to tell you to take it easy, tho you should, or make today a REST day, tho you should...ya just can't keep a bubbly, active Lady like yourself down for very long ^_^  It is obvious you are dedicated to your 'kids'...and a standing ovation isn't bad at all!  Congrats! LOL

My day is pretty quiet..finished up everything I needed to do for the convention next week, boxed everything up so O/mgr can ship today...so I'm just sitting here waiting for the clock to move a little faster so I can go home for the weekend.  Meeting Lon for lunch..kinda 'make up' affair for some bickering that took place last nite...tension seems to follow his son whenever he shows up...of course the DIL calling me 4 times this morning to check up on her hubby didn't help :-(  So, we'll de-stress over lunch and give the weekend a good kick-off with smoother waters to paddle thru LOL Nothing planned so far except to start organizing ME for Hawaii...plan the clothes, figure out how to pack everything I need for a week into 2 suitcases...I HATE the idea of haviing to pay up to $75 for luggage! Grrrrr. 

Hope everyone has fun this weekend; have a whole bunch of laughs and chuckles at the LB lunch!  Can't wait to see more pics!

Oh yes TGIF, the next 2 days are for relaxing and having fun with the family. Not to mention I don't have to listen to the druggie that was my fill in and they decided to keep her while I did so other damage control to another position. Man she gets on my nerves

Anywho, I would love to attend the SD lunch, which is right down the street from where I work, but I had already planned a picnic out with the family. I am sure Mike (hubby) will be getting some fishing time in during the picnic too. Sunday is our typical "cleaning" day, but I think we might hit the pool if it is warm enough.

I worked til noon today and then started my running around to get things ready for vacation.

Silly goose . . .I wasn't being flirted with . . . they were honking and waving because we were all wearing breast cancer 3 Day shirts . . . they were supporting us!  Who the heck is going to flirt with a 58 year old?  :D

Sure hope you have a WONDERFUL vacation . . . Hawaii is ALMOST (not) as much fun as Alaska . . . but you will LOVE it!  Enjoy your time with Nancy too!

My daughter got a "season" ticket to the fair . . . so I'm going there Sunday since I'm not working and just going to walk the entire day away . . . with interesting stuff to look at!

Oh you stop right there Chris....yes you do get flirted with at 58....I am not that far behind you and I get flirted with....makes me feel young when it happens!!!
