Good buy on beef jerkey...

Saw a good buy on beef jerkey the other day. At the 99 Cent Only Store. The jerkey is from Brazil...4 oz for $1.00. It does have sugar...It's called Mr. Z Sweet and Hot.
I am finding a lot of good buys at these stores...esp the fruits, vegetables and dairy products. Just sharing my thoughts. Brian

In that vein, I found some wonderful sugar free hard candy at the Dollar Tree.

Basking and Robbins (10 calories each, .25g fat, 4g carbs, 4 g sugar alcohols, 0 g protein)

- Cookies and Cream (awesome)

- Mint Chocolate Chip (awesome)

- Pralines & Cream (pretty darn good)

Coastal Bay

- Coffee Flavored French Vanilla (awesome)

- peppermint (good, I'm not a huge mint fan)

- butterscotch (not as good as the others)

OMG Jan.. You look FABULOUS! I love the before and after reference. I am so very proud of all your accomplishments.. You continue to inspire me to do well.. I hope we can get together sometime soon..

I am going to be heading to Tucson at the end of this month and be gone for a month, so maybe when I get back. I miss my shopping buddy..
