Thanks for the shout out Janine...when I saw you congratulate Kim S. for graduating Nursing School..I thought..how did she know I graduated Nursing School 27 yrs ago??!!..lol Then I realized..Oh..the original Kim S. just graduated..lol (Congrats Kim!!!)
I am prepping to go to Idaho on Sunday.,.have to finalise all my Mother's buisness and pack up her items she left behind at her home in Twin Falls. I will drive with a friend of mine, leaving Sunday,... coming home on Wednesday. I have to open up a lot of pain and anguish from her passing just over a short year ago. I have been avoiding this trip, but its come upon me and now it has to be done.
I hope all is as well as can be with everybody...font to you soon...

Janine, great shout out as usual. You are the best. Thank you for your kind words and thoughts as I did have my procedure today. Dr. told my husband we should know results by Friday and I had a growth on my nerve, so he didn't take all of the growth out, because I would loose all the use in my left arm and fingers. Wants to see what the biopsy says and if it needs to be removed, then we need a Nuerosurgeon. It's okay , because, I feel in my heart the biopsy will be clean. Again to all of you, thank you for prayers and positve thoughts.
Kristen, so sorry about the fire at your house, but at least nobody was seriosly hurt. Hope you got yourself taken care of.

Thanks for the welcome back, Janine. We were away for 10 weeks and didn't have net very often. Hi to Jeff and you from both of us.
A long day today but I did get my car back. The battery was dead, so much so that AAA couldn't jump start the car. Moral of the story is, have your neighbor DRIVE your car weekly, not just start it up. lol
I had a chiropractic adjustment, OMGosh I hurt. My knee hurt so bad I couldn't walk down stairs. I can't say it's better now, but my neck is. I go back next week...unless I call and tell him my knee is worse.
Tomorrow is ham radio lunch.
Thursday is my annual labwork. Vampire city awaits me!

Evening Janine and Cali gang! Yep! I'm in Maui and the ocean is gorgeous and the sun set was fabulous and I walked in the ocean for the first time since I was 12-13 years old...and that was a LONG time ago!! LOL How sad to live in California, not 2-3 hours away from the Pacific Ocean and not take advantage of it :-( I'm old, wrinkly and sagging..but damn! I was in shorts and barefoot...I felt like a kid again ^_^
Tomorrow morning we get in some site seeing before I have a pre-convention meeting with the hotel and then open the Registration desk at 3pm. Apparently, Lon knows the island like the back of his hand...knows all the cool places and the short cuts to get there LOL
Hope everyone had a good day...you were all good to yourselves, right?! You all are the best and so deserve to be treaty SPECIAL!
