Put me down for ZERO.  But, after last weeks scale dive I'll take it.

I got some good sleep last night thankfully.  Love my Valerian Root!  After work I went and got fit for my wet suit and then did a $300 Costco run to get ready to stock the trailer and head out on our vacation!  YaHoo!  And, we'll fit a bit of work too -- we're re-building a bridge there in the campground and we'll get our week's stay for free!  These people are soooooo cool!

Looking forward to Rhonda's visit in August!  WhooHooo!  Off to work I go!  Maybe I'll get my overtime check today -- they "forgot" to pay me for 9 hours of double time.  I didn't "forget" and made a stink!  That's because the little computer monkeys that do data entry don't give a crud about the timecards they're entering.  As long as it doesn't affect them.

Weighing in at 161.6 that's -3 this week!  Woohoooo!

I'm off my vitamins in anticipation tomorrow's big blood draw for my 1 year followup.

Friday we go fishing again.  I bought an electric filet knife!  I didn't know they existed.  I'm SO ready to attack those fish now. lol

Saturday is support group day in Petaluma.

Sunday we have company.

Monday is a day off and Tuesday I get to meet Momo!  I'm looking forward to that.  I hope others will be able to visit too.

Happy Hump Day (and WWW)!!

I am happy to report a 1 lb. loss for this week. I know it could be more as my efforts especially in the exercise dept. are lacking but I'll take it.

Especially as this 1 pound brought me to a milestone...I have officially lost 50% of my Excess Weight in exactly 5 months!!! I am right where I wanted to be at this point and am so grateful for this amazing tool.

I was telling my counselor yesterday how awesome it is to have control over food for the 1st time in my life. To me that's what makes WLS so wonderful, it's not just about the weight loss it's about taking back the control over food.

Great job to everyone and let's keep posting those numbers!!!

Good morning!  I always forget to come over here and report in!  I'm down 6 pounds, which is the water weight I had gained from my last surgery.  I'm at my all time low, which makes me happy, and motivates me to get the last 20-30 off that I've not been too worried about!  I can exercise again in a couple weeks, and I am always more into it in the summer.

It's my birthday next week and I've decided I'm celebrating all month!

Have a good day, all.

Good Morning everyone!!

I lost 3 lbs this week. I was a little discouraged in the beginning that I wasn't having major losses like alot of people do after they have surgery but it is coming off steady so I feel really good about where I am.

My daughter is graduating from high school tomorrow. I took her shopping for clothes the other day and found a tunic that I like. I took my normal 26/28 in and also a 22/24. I put the 22/24 on and it was too big. I tried on an 18/20 and it fit great. I don't remember wearing a 18/20 in this life time. Of course, I had to buy it!!!

I have a busy few days ahead of me. My son's 22 birthday was yesterday, my mom is coming into town tonight, my daughter graduates tomorrow. On top of all this, we are moving to a new place!!!

Enjoy the rest of the week and have a great weekend.
