Notes: Bring your vitamins to the meeting. We will be reading labels and talking about the different types and which ones are supposed to work best for us.

This meeting is open to everyone. . The meeting will be held at 1501 20th Street West (Trade Winds Mobile Estates - in the clubhouse) There are plenty of tables and chairs, as well as, more comfortable sofas and chairs. We will have samples at this meeting. This is the perfect place for a potluck or clothing exchange if people are interested. I (Lisa) am a Obesity Help Certified Support Group Leader. Take fwy.14. Exit ave. A and go right. 20th St. W. go
left.Travel
approx. 1.5 miles. Turn left on Windflower(TRADEWINDS MOBILE
ESTATE)
Turn left on Sandra Way(@stop sign)Turn right on Windcurrent
(only
way you can go)go to the end and turn right on Jamie and turn
right
again on windflower. Follow this to the end and you will see
the
club house.

From Mojave:

Take fwy 14 exit Rosamond Blvd and go left over the
freeway.Turn
left on 20th St.W.(Chevron on Corner)travel apprx. 1.5-2 miles
and
turn right on Windcurrent (TRADEWIND MOBILE ESTATE)Turn left on
Sandra Way (stop sign) Turn right on Wind current (only way)
go to
the end and turn right on Jamie and turn right again on
Windflower.
Follow this to the end and you will see the club house...
