I have 45 more pounds to go to get to my goal...
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated- foodwise, exercise wise and BRAIN wise!

It is VERY important to me (mentally) to reach this goal and I'm asking for help from the greatest sources available...the CALI BOARD.

Thanks in advance

Hi Missrocky, you are real close to goal and that means you are definitely on the right track.  Keep drinking your water, eating healthy and exercise.  Water is very important in winning the battle of the bulge. Wishing you luck.

It sure is good C'ING LESS OF ME!

We could learn a lot from crayons:
some are sharp, some are pretty,
some are dull, some have weird names,
& all are different colors....but they

ALL exist very nicely in the same box.

My advice is to go  back to basics!

Track what you are eating.  ALot of times we dont even realize how many calories we are taking in.  We think we arent eating that much because we really cant...but when you add it up...its' MORE!

Remember CALORIES IN < CALORIES OUT!!

PROTIEN FIRST
EXERCISE DAILY
DRINK ALL YOUR WATER
NO SNACKING

YOU CAN DO IT!!   ONE DAY AT A TIME, ONE STEP AT A TIME!!

GOOD LUCK!    Julie     5 years/4 months out!!

Congrats on being close to goal. I'm getting back on the OH frame of mind, and going BACK TO BASICS ASAP. Tracking what I eat, writting it down and putting it on paper to really SEE what I'm taking in. I'll be starting my day off with a protein drink and getting in as much protein as possible within the day (Protein 1st and foremost); also carrying around that ol' water bottle everywhere I go. I'll be drinking water and keeping active as much as possible. I know we all KNOW this, just sometimes forget to implement the basics.

*cheers to going back to basics!*

Hi there,
I am in the same boat as you, I have lost 87 lbs. and have about 45 more lbs to lose.  Boy am I having a hard time losing it.  I seem to stall every month for at least 2 wks. I am going to go back to the basics just like they have suggested.  I will see if that helps.  Best of luck to you and keep me in your thoughts and prayers as well.  Us December surgery dates, have seemed to run out of steam for awhile. but, lets get busy.  Hugs, Donna
