Monday Monday - Can't trust that day! :D

Mornin' Cali . . . and that is all the "singing" you'll get out of me today!  Hope everyone had a great weekend . . . dang it is over already.

Big week for lots of people . . . people on alien countdown . . . (wahoo!) . . . people missing their friends that eat their pets . . . people practicing for kareoke for Friday night . . . people traveling and dealing with life . . . people waiting for vacations and enjoying the ones they are on .  . . people returning from the islands . . . even people cleaning and working .  . . Just make it a good one!

Tomorrow is our office Community Service day .  . . and we are again working at Father Joe's helping with painting, repairs, job search seminars, child care arts and crafts . . . I'm on the team that his handing out the drinks and snacks . . .

Tues and Thurs are now back to water aerobics since all the walking is out . . . but such is life . . .

Good Morning Chris and the Cali Crew!!

Yawn!!  Is it Monday already? Geez, the weekend just seems to fly by. I went "down The hill" again late yesterday afternoon, to see my mom and my brothers and sisters. We had a b-b-q at San Dimas Canyon park. It was nice. We were out there in until almost 9, and then the drive home. Ugh!

I also spent the afternoon with the enjoyable company of Miss Rhonda and a couple of her kids. Good company, good conversation, getting exercise-- what more can you ask for?? Oh, I know! Delicious s/f blueberry yogurt! mmm!

This morning I go workout with Rhonda and then the SPCA should come by around 8 to get the mama cat and her 7 kittens. So gotta be here for that. I really wish people would spay or neuter their pets, and not let them loose. I just hope they get adopted, I know how overcrowded the shelter is with cats.

Good morning Chris and Cali,

Today is my first whole day at work, lets see how its goes.  I have to finish packing for my trip to Ohio also.  Yesterday was a blast, all my DH family was  over except for his little sister.  She just had a baby and does not know what to do with it!!  Oh well, that's life.

Good morning Chris and friends...

Had a wonderful weekend..spent it with family and friends and of course with my little honey bunnies...(grandkids)  I was able to get everything done that I wanted to get done to get ready for my gallbladder surgery tomorrow.  Today I am going to be busy here at work then this afternoon I have to stop by the hospital to do my pre-op.  Tomorrow I plan on coming to work for a big meeting I have in the morning and then I'll leave work to meet my DH at home and we'll drive to the hospital..my surgery is scheduled for 2pm and I don't have to be there until 12:00 and I thought if I go to work it would get my mind off of not being able to eat or drink anything after midnight tonight!!!

Good Morning Chris and California...

I'm cranky this morning and don't wanna go to work. I have 1.5 sick days left for this month and so afraid that I might actually get sick and NEED them...I want my surgeon to send me his authorization for my yearly labs cuz I'm curious....If I try anything early, I'll be paying out of pocket..

I'm just cranky..don't wanna work.

No party in August cuz daughter is coming in September and still doesn't know when. And they're not all coming..All this yardwork for "nothing." I guess the yard needs it but I sure don't need the soreness and bruising..and I don't have TIME if I have to trott off to work...wah.

Yes, I need a wahmulance..please. Everyone have a good one. I'm gonna just sit here and pout.

Good Morning Chris and the Cali gang!!

I really hate Monday mornings.  It was so hard to get up at 4:15 this morning.  I secretly wished that stupid clock was wrong this morning.  But alas....it was right.  I had to get my butt up and get walking to work.  Did nothing this weekend.  Was lazy on Saturday and then Sunday was chruch and watched a couple of movies with the kids.  We watched The Illusionist and The Greatest Game Ever Played.  Both were excellent movies.  Then the kids and I made some steak in honor of Fathers Day (they celebrate it for me since their biological sperm donor isn't in the picture) and that was about it. 

Chris...I see you are making it up to our neck of the woods this week.  If I can get to dinner or karaoke, I would love to meet you.  I can try but I need to see how money is.  I might just meet you guys at the resturaunt and hitch a ride with someone to karaoke.  I haven't done the karaoke thing with Sue and Celest in a long time.  I may even be getting my car this weekend but I don't know if I want to drive it at night just yet so maybe someone can give me a ride.

Good Morning Cali!

The weekend was nothing to brag about. I caught some kind of flu and was sick Thursday to Saturday. Fathers day was better, spent the day with the boys and hubby, now they are all getting sick.

Monday I returned to work, although I am still feeling nauseous and cant hold anything down, but it is better. I am hoping this week gets better, I am hoping for the best.

Yep, it is that "M" day again!  Looking forward to the next weekend.  I only wor****il 11:00 on Friday and then I am off to Laughlin and also to see my older sister who lives about 25 miles from Laughlin in Golden Valley. Jim and I are going to go exploring the Grand Canyon Caverns and Keepers of the Animals.  Just need to get away.

Hey Chris How are you?  I went to Costco yesterday and I was think all about you as my children ate lunch with all the sample ladies they have there!  lol.   How fun that you all get to do some community service.  I think that is wonderful.  More companies need to do that. 

Well today I am pooped.  I have been working out daily, walking daily and cleaning house constantly. I am tired.  I worked out this morning but did not have my usual get up and go I think It got up and went.   So today my husband is off helping a freind paint their house.  I hope he finishes today as his honey do list is going to be super long for tomorrow.  lol.   I am going to spit spot the house today and get rid of a bunch of clutter, as I have not been in charge but I sure will be today!  lol  Welll enough of this I gotta go to work talk later.

8 more days on that alien eviction countdown!!!!!!  I can't believe it is almost here!
4 more days of work and then I'm done for a month at least. It was a crazee busy weekend with Howie Mandell concert Sat. and Father's Day yesterday.  I tell you it is nights like these when the casino is sooooo packed that I'm concious, and totally grateful, that I'm not 300 #'s anymore trying to weave my way through all those crowds wondering which way will I fit? It is a GREAT feeling, but makes me sad for those that still are that 300# or more person in those crowds!!!
