Good for you!  I'm at the 4 year mark myself, but have some 40# regain.  Well, back on the track!

Congratulations!  It's good to know you can keep it off.  That's my biggest fear, not being able to.  Keep up the good work.

It sure is good C'ING LESS OF ME!

We could learn a lot from crayons:
some are sharp, some are pretty,
some are dull, some have weird names,
& all are different colors....but they

ALL exist very nicely in the same box.

Thank you all for the best wishes. I have regain 10-14lbs back, sadly, Right now at 230lbs down from my original weight in 2005 of 325. Have to get back to walking again.

I'll be at my 5yr anniversary this coming Aug, so I know TOO well that we all need to keep at it and get back on track whenever we tip-toe off of it. I started at 265, down to 130 my lowest, but after a baby, back to 165. I'll be hitting the walking trail ASAP and getting back on protein drinks to get back in shape. It's never too late, or never too soon! :)

Best of luck with getting back to walking again!
