Thank you very much. I have been looking at the shadow knows avatar for 9 months, I get shocked when I see my mug shot there now. LOL !!!!!!!

I am finishing up packing clothes for LB Coffee tomorrow. Will you be there Saturday? I sure hope so. I am going to stay longer this time.

I have to admit I have been waiting to post this WWW since the weekend.  I know I am a loser right? YEAH finally I am this week and what a lose it is.....drum roll please....13 pounds! I was getting really down because for a few weeks NOTHING and all of the sudden 13 pounds. OK so about 6 or 7 of it was where I was sick for a few days but the rest was all me! (doing a happy dance

Haven't tried any different clothes other than what I have always had, they are baggy but they work for now.

Goodmorning Janine and Cali guys and gals,

I am up today as I ate ham yesterday and salt and me just don't mix.  But I am o.k. with that.  I have exercised and ate healthy I just had that salty ham and Iknew when I took the first bite what it was going to do to me today.  So it is aok and I am not going to beat myself up about it. 

Let's see busy week for me, lots of fun yesterday with the ladies.  I can't wait to put my new hot black boots on, with my black jeans.  lol.  Jean has the cutest clothes! 

Just got home from my workout, beat the trainer day and Yes I did beat her, and she was not happy, but too sad for her.  I got $5.00 curves dollars.  She acts like they are real money and it is hers.  she is so odd really. 

Today I have so much to do and I don't want to do anything but veg.  I am tired but I have a notion to go to Big Bear and buy coffee.  I know I am nuts but they have great coffee there in Big Bear.
I think I will I don't have time, but I want to go.  Who wants to join me?  Well I better get if I am going.
