I have one this week....

I had my car windshield replaced last Saturday.  Would you believe while traveling to a medical appointment on Wednesday morning a freaking rock hit my windshield and made a hole!!!!   3 DAYS LATER!!! You can be sure I said some bad words!!! 

I went back to the glass shop and they filled the hole with that glass resin stuff so the star shouldn't spread....but dang, 3 days was all my brand-new windshield lasted.  Unbelievable!!!

Waiting! I really dislike waiting. Especially when it's waiting to hear about something very exciting like whether the counter offer we submitted on a house gets accepted..........

What do you do about a fading long friendship? We have been friends for 17 years and I know, it won't last after my surgery. We have always been in the roles of she is the skinny (tiny, as she calls herself, she's 5'4 and 140,) pretty one, and I am the obese sidekick. She is unmarried and loves the attention from men, heck even women. She says we won't change after I start losing weight. But I know we will. The hard thing is that she is also a part of my extended family. She is my nephew's mom. I am trying to make new friendships, but I lack the confidence, that people will like me for me.
Sorry I took so much room up. I had to get this off my chest. Its really bothering me right now.

The non-sense over Michael Jackson. People being insulted by the fact that others are saying bad things about the dead, but in the same breath (post) speaking ill of children.

My only gripe for the day is that even though the whole office knows about my surgery and restrictions they still order pizza and leave me completely out.

Kinda makes me feel sad

ALSO, people in the office who think they know everything and try to throw you under the bus, even though THEY are the one who is wrong. But then again it does feel good to put them in their place
