Sooo it's about 105 today here in Turlock.  We don't have a mall I can walk in.  I don't want to walk through a Walmart and fight the crouds...Costco tempts me with their samples!!Even by 7pm it might drop down to 95.  I think I'll put my bicycle in the back of my truck and go to CSU Stanislaus...ride around there between 7-8pm.  Should be a lot of shade and abit of a breeze.  Sometimes I will ride around the local high school...very little traffic and it is pretty close to home.  Get on your bikes people...ask a friend to tune it up and then "go for it"!!

I love bike riding, but I don't have one and can't afford one...

I went yesterday. It was 90 by the time we finished. And I forgot my sunscreen again.

(But I didn't burn.)

5 weeks ago I went from zero to riding 14 miles per day/5 days a week. First week was rough. But now it's better and better every time I go!
