Happy Wednesday and weclome to Whacky Weigh In Wednesday!

You all know the rules...start posting those numbers whether it is up or down or cruising along at the same pounds. How do those clothes fit...how do you feel about yourself. It is all good!

Remeber Miss Chris is keeping track of those numbers for the end of the year totals!!! It is going to be pretty darn amazing!

I always do this...forget...so I am editing. I am pleased to say that I stayed the same after traveling for a few days...that always throws me out of whack and I was afraid because I am retaining water so bad from 8 hour drives and all this heat...so I am happy!

Have a great day everyone, drink tha****er, eat that protien, take your vitamins and move that body!

PEACE OUT!!!!

Good Morning Janine,
I truely hate the scale. I am doing everything I can to get to my goal. That damn scale though keeps bouncing between the same 2 pounds. Cant get below that bottom number. UGH!!!
Congrats on maintaining with all that traveling!

Greetings from Canada Everyone,

Well, I made it here. I was a bit delayed due to weather, but finally got here. Just made my day that much longer.  I am impressed after sitting all day yesterday, that I didn't swell, I always do when I travel. I weighed myself yesterday, because I figured it would be more accurate, but I weighed this morning and I didn't gain. You can put me down for 5.4lbs down this week. YEAH FOR ME!!!
I have to say, it was very nice getting into the airline seat and actually fitting. It actually brought tears to my eyes. I was so much more comfortable, and didn't need a seat belt extension. I have needed one of those forever it seems. It is great to be home, and of course I was greeted with fog this morning, when I got up. It wouldn't be home without it. Plus today is also Canada Day. It is always foggy. Well, I should run, I can hear my parents making breakfast. I hope you all have a fabulous week.

Good morning Janine and Cali,

I weighted my self and I have lost only 1.5 pounds.  I seem to be at a plateau.  Oh well I am still smaller than I have been in 10 years!  yeah!!  I have been doing a lot more physical stuff like washing my car, trimming the roses-shrubs and walking up hills.  I cannot believe it has been one month since I walked in to the operating room.

Everyone have a great day.

Personally, I wouldn't call losing 1.5 lbs a plateau . . . you are moving in the right direction . . . I would be so very happy!

Chris,
I know I am too hard on my self.  I also realize I am considered a "light weight".  Because of this I will not see the drastic loss in the beginning like with others according to my surgeon.  Thanks for the words of encouragement.

Good Morning WORLD!!!

Well, today I am down 2.3 pounds. Thank you Kevin for the 5 day test!

I ended up working 16 hours last night. And OMG! I am so sleepy this morning and wish I could go back to sleep. The computer at work, had been down for 2 day and it came back on line at 7 last night, so I stayed and helped to get all that data input done.  Oh well, I will wake up and start my day here in minute as I plan on jumping in the showers.  Yeah Yeah, I know you, good thing because you can smell me from where you are. LOL. Hey, its the first of the month and time to wet the body any way. ..........

Today is day of 3 of the pouch test, and I am doing good. Althought I had to eat a peace of watermelon yesterday to slow the carb pangs down. It helped big time and I was able to keep on track.

OK I wish you all a great day. Be safe one and all..

Good morning Janine and Cali and happy WWW.

Here's to hoping we hear we something on our house today. This waiting is killing me. We really love this house and are keeping our fingers crossed it's the one for us.

For WWW I am down 4 pounds also thanks to the 5DPT. Chris - Please only mark me for 2 pounds as that should put me back in my range where I usually fluxuate. If I go up or down within these 3 pounds I don't count gain or loss.

Running late, better get a move on. Hope everyone has a great day

Good Morning Cali Crew!

I will have to use the weight from Monday's visit to the doctors. My weight is down 1.5 pounds this week. Finally! Geez, I don't why I was at a standstill the last two weeks, but I am glad I am passed that! I have to make this quick, as I have to meet Miss Rhonda in a couple of minutes. I hope that everybody has a good day. To those that are struggling with their own battles, I will keep you all in my prayers.

Hugs, love and friendship to all,

Michelle T.
