The funniest thing happened....

on the way to the Los Angeles International Airport! Well, not exactly on the way, but while sitting in baggage claim waiting for my friend to arrive.

Our own miss Chris S. walked past me. Then turned around, and I looked up and caught her eyes. Now, we haven't seen each other since the first San Diego lunch I went to in early 2008. So I look up, she looks at me - HI!!!

Turns out she was there to pick up her daughter at the same time I was there to pick up my friend. And get this - THEY WERE ON THE SAME FLIGHT!!! They were both coming from South Dakota.

So in one day, I got to see two of my San Diego fans!!!

How cool is that?  that Chris girl shows up in all the fun places, Disneyland, High Desert Dinners, Airports!  She sure gets around.  O.k. the real scoop did she have a hat on?  I bet she did!  I have to go get the one she made for me from Celeste.  Paula if I have not told you before you are looking pretty hot there.   You take care and keep on keeping us updated on the Beckymonster!

Too cool!!!!....six degrees of separation is alive ansd well !!!

LOL . . . it was WAY to cool . . . last time I saw Paula, I had just had surgery and she hadn't . . . we were like 200+ lbs different (if you add us together) . . . it was way cool!

No Rhonda . . .I did not have a hat on . . . but I had my 3 Day Breast Cancer shirt on - and I drove to LA with dialated eyes because I had just had them checked . .. can we say "stupid"!  What a headache I had!
