Good Morning!

Today I officially start my liquid diet for pre-op. 2 weeks from today I should be in surgery as long as i get my kidney clear by next thurs. :)  whoo hoo.

Im also going to the ventura dog show today with my friend who has her bearded collie Vinnie in it.  He is a beautiful dog so fingers crossed, he will do well.

Well, today is Thursday! Wooohoooo!! That means it almost Friday!! Just work for me, then I need to do some errands after work and a little grocery shopping. I am having my parents over for the 4th. I am so excited, i haven't seen my mom in almost a month. She went on her vacation to Australia and the day she got back is when I left for Sacramento. I know she must have brought me something cute to wear from her trip! Hope everyone has a fantastic day!

I haven't heard anything about the job interview yet, but hoping no news is good news and they did say by the end of the week.

Barb I popped on to see if you had heard anything about the job yet...I know it is a nail biter for sure!!!! I was looking at the pictures from your house...drool, drool and you know what I am drooling about!

Jeff and I are coming up there before school starts again....I have already spoken with Janel and would love to see you again while we are there!

Good Morning Janine and the Cali Crew!!

I am a little late posting today.  It has been crazy at work.  I guess everyone is trying to get off tomorrow.  Not us though.  We are working dang it.  I really wanted a 3 day weekend.  It is going to be so slow here tomorrow.

Nothing really planned for the weekend unfortunately.  It is my birthday on Saturday and it looks like we are just going to hang out at home and not really do anything.  We can see the fireworks at the fairgrounds from where we are so we will probably go outside and watch those but that is about it. 

Everyone have an awesome day and stay cool.  Remember to get in all your water today!!

I don't have computer access on the weekends....and tomorrow is a holiday for me....so I'm sending some  to help celebrate your birthday a couple of days early....  Happy Birthday Stacie!!

I am doing OK.  I was having a problem with eating slowly and I've realized what an impatient person I am.  My friends laugh at me when I say this, but this surgery has demonstrated to me how impatient I am.  I am sure it's my task master at work and I am sure I've eaten over the stress the task master lays on me.  I don't have to do everything in a super fast paced manner and work myself into a frenzy!!

I am looking forward to the 3 day weekend. Since I am the boss in my office, I gave everybody half days off today too.
