Good Morning.....TGIF

Good Morning Janine and Cali Crew,

Thanks Janine and everyone for your support and encouragement.  I stand in awe of all you ladies and gents and the incredibly moving stories of your journeys and triumphs.  Also thanks to so many of for being brave enough to share your difficult days, too.   Makes it real for me and I don't feel so alone on days when I struggle.

I appreciate not being bashed for throwing out my two cents on "stuffing."  I still need to constantly remind myself of Eating Basics 101 and not to eat emotionally by giving away my power and sometimes just writing those reminders down helps me to remember.  I'm not trying to be pushy.  I'm pretty shy in real life.  I know...hard to believe, huh?!

Anyways, EVERYONE have a beautiful, wonderful and safe holiday with friends and family and stay away from lighting those fireworks.  We all need your fingers to keep typing here! LOL!

I think we are going to Big Bear Lake to watch the fireworks up there, that should be fun! I always get car sick on the ride up there though lol. oh well oh and I have some BIG news!!!!!!
I HIT 179 TODAY!!!!!! WOOT WOOOOT!!!! LOL sorry just really excited!

Big Bear sounds like fun, I heard their fireworks show is pretty awesome.  Have fun, and congrats on that 179.

Hi Javi and all,

Janine, awesome morning shout out.  Thanks for remembering me .  I have today off which I can't even express how grateful I am for that.  I'll be spending the day with family from Phoenix, two fo them are very energetic boys ages 3 and 6.  We're taking them to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk which should help expend lots of energy.  On the 4th my husband and I are part of a contingent in a 4th of July parade and afterwards, my mom is throwing a garden party at her house. It should be a full and fun day.  

I wish all of you a safe and celebatory Independence day!
