Good Morning.....TGIF
Well I guess its good afternoon now .. lol :) I completed day one of liquid pre-op diet whoo hooo and Im on to day 2 :) Yay! I've worn my cpap machine for 3 nights now (I just got it on Tuesday) and I think I might be getting used to it lol. Apparently I was a lil show for my family since I stayed with mom and sister and bro -in law... Mom and sis cried because they said I was sleeping more peacefully than they have seen in a long time and of course bro in-law said... "Luke.. I am your father" lol making fun of the mask but its all good and in fun :)
Dog show went ok.. My friends dog Vinnie got 2nd place and he has another showing tomorrow but I won't be going. dog shows are interesting but stressful lol.
We are going to fireworks in thousand Oaks with friends.. we go every year and its fun. However, this year I'll be doing it without all the pizza and soda :) I'll bring a sprite zero and a protein bar from the pre-op diet package for enjoyment :) even though Im not drinking soda much at all it will be a lil treat.
Anyways.. I wish all a Happy 4th! I was so excited to be included in the shout outs today :) Thank you!
You are all so awesome! and on one final note.. I really hope that Becky will be able to fart soon.. must be horrible not to be able to eat at all.

Today I am saddened about my favorite knit shop closing. IT is the sign of the times. The ecomony is bad and people (including yours truly) is keeping their money close to their vests. One of the co-owners had given me 3 knitted samples: a white v-neck cotton sweater, a vest (brown, beige, grey and white- made of cotton) and a deep plum (with gold woven throughout) sweater-- great for the winter. I got $252 worth of yarn for $73, that is a 75% discount. I can make a tank top, a cardigan and possibly another tank from the same yarn.
Today, I had a great day. No more ****tails for me ****il tomorrow). I haven't had that much water so, I will be pounding 3 bottles later tonight.

I lost the deposit for the cruise that I cancelled, but no worries. It was only $100 (damn- I could have used that to buy more yarn), and know, I can concentrate on the cruise in May 2010 (The Carribean). I am paying for my uncle, who has never gone on a cruise. One of my cousins and I are planning to go to NYC after the cruise to do some shopping. That should be very nice.

I agree Javi, Great morning post. I got up and made my Pico de gallo for my snack foods for the party that I am going too. My thought today is to be vertually no carbs. My Turkey burger no bun... Pico and 10 chips and some shrimp from the platter.
