Unexpected WOW moment

We went to play minature golf last nite. And because I didn't want to drag around a purse, I switched out my stuff to use my fannypack.  Since we used the scooters, I didn't bother to strap it on..just threw it in the 'trunk'.  Boy! Was I shocked when I grabbed it to wrap it around my waist....I had to adjust the strap by at least 8 inches!!!  Lon started laughing and took out his phone so he could take pictures. LOL  I've just started wearing belts again so had no idea that my waist had shrunk..well, I mean, I have gone from 22-24 down to 16....and I 'know' that the waist was smaller...but this was just an unexpected dramatic 'proof' of the 'inches off'....very much like guys cinching up the belt and counting the 'holes' LOL  Just had to share!

Wow that is awesome Nancy!!! I swear you are going to be a super peanut when all said and done! I have a hard time believing you are a 16 also...sorry but you look smaller than that...I would have thought you were a 12 or smaller. Just keep up the good work and hope to see you soon!

Thanks Janine for the nice compliments ^_^  How I wish I was into 12's....I've bought some for that wonderful day but it is going to be a while I'm afraid.  I've inherited what my family calls the 'Burkett hips' (my maiden name).  If it wasn't for the widith of them I probably could get into 12 LOL  The waist is always loose, the main reason I've started wearing a belt. Thanks again for the positive encouragement!
