Good Morning Janine & Everyone,
Lets see for the 4th I worked, then went over for BBQ and some sun time after work, I fell asleep before the fireworks. Amazingly they didnt wake me up.
Today is work again, then over to my parents to get my car. Dad decided he didnt want to change the oil last night so I have moms car. I swear I am going to start doing it, forget his feelings!!!
Oh well Guess I should try to get ready for work!!

Dang I want to cry. I so want to be sleeping right now. I didn't get to bed until after 1 this morning. Four hours of sleep is not enough.
My nephews got them self a new truck. Well new 23 years ago. They got a 1985 ranger. In good conduction, for sitting for the better part of the past 18 years. Well it dead last night. DUH!!! I wonder why. All of us told them not to buy it. Its too old and its been sitting for a to long. So I went to bed at 10 and was back up at 1030 calling to have it towed. They didn't pick it up until 1145 and by the time they got here and everthing settle down, it was 1 am. Yap me is sleepy this morning and still very much wanting to cry. I like my sleep and right now, I miss it. The driver says it looks like some hose was rotten and popped opened and was spraying some type of oil. (redish in color, sounds like tranny to me)
OMG time to jump in the shower and start my day.

Yesterday we got my daughter's car running . . .just haven't had time to jump it with my son and her in the same place at the same time . . . haven't a clue how to jump it from my Prius . . . so I ran her back and forth to work. Went and got the kiddos matching shirts and shorts and two little flags . . . then we put them in daddy's truck with lots of red duct tape . . . they loved that. Also took them to Home Depot for the kids clinic . . . and they made little tool boxes and PAINTED them. Of course, Home Depot ran out of the little orange aprons . . . so guess what the new little shirts looked like. LOL . . .they had fun.
Rest of day was pretty laid back . . . my friend told me no fireworks in Chula Vista because the city is broke . . . so we were looking for some on TV (we don't have cable either) . . . when boom boom boom . . .the country club a mile away was doing them . . .wahoo for them! so we were out sitting on the back of the car (well the kids were) watching with lots of oooohhhh and aaahhhs . . . overall a great day.
My DIL is back on some sort of chemo meds again to try to shrink the tumor in her spine . . . and she is losing her hair again. Lost her eyebrows yesterday too . . . last time she didn't lose hair until after the chemo was done . . . this stuff she has been taking less than a week - and the bathtub gets fur balls from her already. Poor puppy.
Off to work at Costco this morning . . . everyone have a great day and relaxing end of weekend!

I hope all is well with everyone. Chris you seem to have a lot on your plate these days. Are you taking car of you in all this? Sounds like you had a great day. I am heading out your way today to pick up Becky, siwh I would have gotten up sooner as we could have stopped by and got some extra samples from you! lol. Well today it is off to San Diego to pick up Becky and take care of her for a few days. She sounded great last night on the phone so that is a good thing. If she is up to it we are thinking of having a little get together up here later in the week to celebrate her new flat tummy! Should be fun. I will keep you all posted on the when's. Well got a busy day but wanted to say howdy to all of you. Have a super day and be nice to you today!
