Well good morning indeed!! I just came back from an incredible trip to the lake for 4 days where everyone eats swims eats sits in lawn chairs eats...did i mention eats?? LOL. Well I managed to lose a lb this week!! I guess i will start my Cali weigh in at 235 : )) My starting weight was 371 and I am almost 2 years out but was stalled for 9 months, but since June 2nd I have lost 13lbs. My breakfast ****tail of coffee, my thyroid pill and a dropper full of Vit B complex sublingual seems to keep me energized and got me losing again, and feeling GREAT!!

Slow and steady wins the race to plastics!!!!

You can put me down for 2.8 lbs gone.

It has been a tough week. My boyfriend and I adopted a puppy from the pound a week after I had surgery. She got into some medication over the weekend and we had to put her down on Monday. So it has been hard dealing with that.

Hope everyone is doing well.

Count me down for 6 pounds this week.  Yipee!  I managed to get some exercise in and I guess I am eating what I should be.  I feel so guilty when I snack, I do that once of twice per day.  Usually I am hungry, other times I am trying to tell my head hunger to go away!

Today is my 6th week post-surgery.  I've lost 39 pounds.  I had the goal of 40, but I will take 39.  People still don't notice my weight loss, but I do in my clothes and photos I took 6 weeks ago.

Have a good Wednesday!

So I have to report a 4 pound gain, but its a good gain. After the 3 day stay at the hospital and like a 100 things of IV fluids I am re-hydrated again, which made me gain the weight. I am not complaining, I feel much better!

Way to go on the losses and if ya gained a few then keep working at it and good luck

HAPPY HUMP DAY!
