PEANUT BUTTER???????
Have you tried PB2? It's powdered peanut butter found at Netrition.com...added to protein shakes, it's to DIE for...It's made by Belle or Bell Plantations. Good stuff. Also, sugar free peanut butter syrup by Da Vinci....good stuff (also at netrition).
Now you'll thank me for that transfer addiction of internet shopping. LOL. Sorry.

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Definitely early out. I think the protein shakes can be pretty thick. If you're five weeks, shakes would be really good. They don't have to be thick. Some people suggest protein shakes for the rest of your life. I figure if they're good and you like them, it's great. If you haven't found a protein powder that you like...anything that gets you drinking your protein has to be a good thing.

I was eating low fat Peanutbutter within 3 weeks of surgery. What does your surgeon say about it? There are also lots of other "butters" out there that really good too. Soynut butter comes to mind but I know there are others....
Keep doing what you're doing, Keep getting what you're getting.
