I wish you would post your amazing stuff here, if we go to your blog we can get bugs and viris. I don't go to blogs and myspace or anything like that to many bad stuff out there. You may have a viris and not know it. No worth the trouble to me

some people have firewalls that won't allow them to view websites with blogs........like me.  Post them here for a better response.

I went to your blog darlin and WTG!! ( My virus protection didnt go off lol) Its amazing isnt it that you can go from misery to elation after 400lbs...just the fact that u run and dont waddle down  the road is magical. Nice NSV!!
