Good morning Nikki and Cali Peeps,

Got back yesterday from a week in Havasu and it took me until now to read all the postings.

I missed you all, we have a lap top that we take with us but it shuts down at times so, I just wait till I get home.

So glad that Becky's surgery went well and you are recouping at Rhonda's.  The picture of you girlfriend, OMgosh, you look awesome. I waved to all of you in the High Desert when we drove through there yesterday.

Monica, glad you are home and recouping, the gold pants look fantastic.

Momo, sorry to hear about your Hubby's surgery, hope he is feeling better and doing well. You High School reunion sounds like you had a great time.

Diane, still praying for you and the things that are going on.

Janine, Congrats on your 7 year surgiversary, you are an inspiration to each and everyone of us.

Chris, hope everyone is getting better at your house.

Naomi, so glad things went well for you, can't wait to see you at Long Beach Coffee.

I am sorry if I missed anybody, but trying to catch up on 9 days of not being here and reading the boards is a little overwhelming.

This weekend, I will be finalizing my daughters wedding plans and sending out the checks. Oh well, somebody has to pay for it. LOL!!!!My husband said, tell me where to send the checks and tell me when I have to be there. So glad he has a sense of humor. LOL!!

Hey Nikki and Cali gang
Man am I sooo happy today is Friday!  Now if only 4pm would hurry up and rush in....this has been one of the worst work weeks I've had in a very long time. And I LOVE my job! Rode the scooter into work, told Lon if he wanted to go for a ride, he best meet me at the office before 4 cus I am outta here at 4:01! Temps should be near 90 so plenty warm enough to head down the Sac River for a nice leisure ride.

Tomorrow I have a support group meetup in Lodi, then Lon and I will head for the foothills for a good ride.  He's offered to take me to dinner at Sizzler's in Roseville which is a big step on his part; it's the same place I experienced my 'stuck' with the steak a month or so back LOL  After dinner we'll head to Roseville Water Park to play some miniature golf. He is a glutten for punishment...I beat him overall last weekend LOL  Sunday will be laundry and whatever house cleaning I can work myself up to...or not LOL

Congratulations to all the surgiversary celebrants and those who are scheduled for their surgeries this up coming week.  Each and every journey is an inspiration to me...thank you for sharing!

Ah the weekend...they are melting together the days for me for some reason...oh yeah it is summer break!!!

Well i do not know too much of what is going on for the weekend aside from grandkids tomorrow....oh yeah....my good friend is taking me to see Elvis Costello tonight at the new venue at the Agua Caliente casino by me!!! YAY...what a way to celebrate the day!!!!

Okay other than that....gonna try and stay cool...supposed to hit 114 here this weekend...not fair!!!!
