Do you have Costco up there?  I guess I can order a truckload of White Zin!  Do think they will deliver?

Honey - I live 1/4 of a mile away from Costco!!!!!!  and 2 miles away from the Liquor Barn.  Wine is soooooo not a problem.

What kind do you like again so I can stock up the trailer?  I am thinking we may just have to air up the air mattresses and sleep out on the grass when we're camping and let the boys have the trailer.  Sleeping outside in the night air under the stars - you game?  (of course there is running water, hot showers and flush toilets not too far away!  Or, we could even set up a tent.

Cool.  We also have a Trader Joes about 1 1/2 miles from my house.  We could even walk there but we'd be drunk as a skunk by the time we got home!

There is nuthin like sleeping outside under the stars.  Air mattress, nice sheets and a comfy blanky on it................ I got you covered!

Hey I will take a jar of each, and I have got some wines for you that I will send, that I guarantee you, Rhonda can't get off the store selves....As soon as I am better we are going on a wine run.  I gotta tell all you people, if you don't know Rhonda, you do NOT know what a wonderful sweet caring person she is.  She knows exactly what I am talking about.  Her heart doesn't just go out to her kids that she has, but it goes out to everyone.  Her generosity and caring is something I have not seen in many people.  People on here may say things about her, I will tell you, that is because they don't know her.  Rhonda, I again thank you for your offer and I am so happy that you are going to take it for yourself, you so deserve it.  Also to Joy, I still don't know what is happening with surgery, but I will let you know.  Joy has offered to drive down here and take care of me after surgery.  This is a woman I have never met.  There are so many caring loving people here,  it never stops amazing me.

As for me today, I am sitting in my recliner still, so me and the recliner are definately one now.  My butt and hips are shaped like a recliner now!

Hugs to all, Diane

Hey there everyone!!

Since I started my summer class on campus, I've had more time to get online in the morning; I usually go to the library for an hour or so before my Astronomy class to work on my Geography class (that's the online one). So, since I'm up in the morning, I will be able to start posting more! I am really enjoying this so far; I hope I still feel that way when the Fall semester rolls around!

A few days ago, the man and I booked ourselves a 7 night cruise to the Bahamas out of Baltimore! He's been at his new job for a little over a year and a half - and he has only taken 2 vacation days since he started (one for my WLS (he had comp time for the rest of it; he's salaried - it's weird) Anyway, since he hasn't really taken any vacation days, he had about six weeks saved up. So, he cashed out 100 hours (still leaving him a big chunk of vacation time) and we paid cash for the cruise. We knew we wanted to do something this year, because we really haven't gone anywhere on our own since we were on our honeymoon. And we loooove cruising. In 2007, his parents took us on an Alaskan cruise. Now that was awesome - Miss Chris knows exactly what I am talking about!

Today the man and I are headed to Angel Stadium for a game with his boss and his wife. I am sooo looking forward to it. I bought an Angels shirt at Costco the other day, because none of my Angels stuff fits anymore. Anyway, the shift I got is a Large!! No more 3X's for me!!

Anyway, everyone stay cool today!!

Good Morning Rebecca and Cali Friends,

MoMo, I wanna learn how to make blackberry jam too!!!!  Do you make it sugar free?  Love it!

Not too sure what today is bringing, we're still up to our eyeballs in cleaning out the "dot com" room.  Rhonda, Nancy & Janine, you'll remember it's the one with all the hats in it.  Ron is getting rid of all the old and obsolete computer stuff and software.  Geez, maybe I can even clean in there now!  It's his domain (so to speak) so I am leaving most of the getting rid of stuff up to him as he is the computer geek of the house.

I am going to make breakfast before too long, now that I'm sufficiently caffinated!

Hope everyone has a great day doing something fun and remember to take care of you.

Hugs to all,
Barb
