I was in Walmart yesterday and looked for floppy hats but didn't see any.  I'll keep my eyes peeled though.

I am so sorry to hear that you didn't get the job...It is strange  that they approached you and did all that stuff to give the job to someone else...but as you said..God has a plan and this wasn't it.  Just remember...good things come to those who wait!!!  I am sure that you will find something and it will be better then this one would have been.
