Happy Friday Cali!!! TGIF
I was at Fontana too this year. I think that race is much better on TY cause you can see it all, but the excitement of the crowd, all the prestuff, all the stuff you can buy, just all of it, was so exciting for me. I got all my Jr. stuff, and was pretty decked out. If you PM me with your email I will send you the pic of me, it's on my phone.
I just love all racing, now I am watching Indy care races too....just love the speed. I still want to go around the
track driving one of those cars, and if this back surgery stops me from doing that, I am going to be one very unhappy person!

We have a friend who drove a Nascar at the track in Vegas...He said it was awesome...You could do it..it might take alittle time but check with them and see. dh and I have been bad little racers. He's gone about 120 on the freeway a couple of times. He's a good driver and I was only alittle afraid (not likely...****ep up with the traffic on my commute so that means I KNOW I've been speeding..
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Happy Friday. Not to much on my agenda for the day - just the housekeeper and a visit from my financial guy to discuss one of my IRA's. THen maybe to the movies tonight with my guy.
Not a whole lot planned for the weekend except maybe some swimming and sunning...
Hope everyone has a great Friday and an even better weekend.
Hugs to all....

Good Morning Jeni and Cali guys and gals,
First of Jeni you are not in any way shape of form anything close to a failure. A failure would just give up and head to Baskin Robbins. You came here for support and that is what you are going to get! Like Chris said you may need a fill to jump start yourself. I have heard that the 5 day pouch test works, I believe Diane did it with a few of the other ladies and that worked for them. None of us is perfect. I personally have been on a stall for way too long. I have lost inches but not a lb in a while. It is frustrating but I am keeping on tract the best I can. I find I do better when I wrtie down everything I put into my mouth. It is a pain in the butt but it works. I also do better when I weigh and measure everything also. Pre made snacks stuck in the car and my purse and everywhere I think I may need them helps also. I think it keeps me from grabbing crap to eat. You have come so far to fail girl. Focus on the goal and you will get there. We are here for you.

Good morning Jeni and friends,
First of all, Jeni...you are NO WAY A FAILURE!!!! Don't ever be embarrassed or ashamed, because you took the first step to take back control of your life the day you had your surgery.
We were only given a tool and it is up to us how were going to use it. Remember you surgery on your tummy, not your brain...and you and I know how wonderful the brain works or doesn't work...lol
Honey, don't ever call yourself a failure!!! We all know what we need to do and this is the best place to come to get support. You even said that you remember back on how much you wanted this surgery and you would've of done anything to get it...that is all you have to remember. Sometimes we have to look deep within ourselves and see what is going on...but I believe you can do it, so feel you ever feel embarrassed, ashamed, or like a failure. come to the board the people here are wonderful...
As for me...I just have to wor****il 2 then I am off to get pick up my granddaughter from the sitters and then maybe my grandson. My grandson and his parents are going camping this weekend, but I hope I get to see him tonight. As for the weekend...I hope to finish my planters and do some clean up around the house...and RELAX, RELAX, RELAX or did I say and RELAX!!! Maybe I be able to relax in the pool!!!!
Hope everyone has a wonderful day and weekend...
Hugs, Michele
