Hey Rick that's a "huge" victory.  Wow, you are really doing a fantastic job with the new lifestyle.  I am seriously impressed.  I was in Claremont over the weekend for a wedding, and it was HOT!  I'm a spoiled baby here at the beach.  Great job!!!  Blessings to you.

Good for you! Awesome! You're doing it.  I don't doubt that you'll be back on track with your protein too.  For my chocolate protein shakes with low fat milk, I sometimes throw in a tablespoon of peanut butter to jazz it up and it tastes like some high calorie thing I shouldn't be drinking.  Trader Joe's also has great tasting protein powders.  I also blend them with ice and that makes them seem like decadent ice cream shake treats.

Good job Rick.  I know you are pleased with yourself, and I know that you didn't think it would be so great so fast.  But you men have always lost alot more than us poor women.

Woo Hoo Rick. That is fantastic, awesome, fabulous, keep up the good work. I agree with the other post, don't slack on the protein, it is so important along with vitamins. Happy Dance!!!!

Congratulations!! If the Protein Shake is Premier Protein it is good. Thats the only protein shake
that I've tried and really enjoy. My hats off to you..I go to Dr.Suh on Thursday for my 6 month check up
I'm 9lbs away from my goal weight.
