My husband and I are attempting the 5-day pouch test this week.  Not because our pouches aren't working......they are.  But despite watching and tracking everything we eat, both of our weights have been going up and down about 3 pounds for about 3 months now.  I'm hoping this will give us a boost in the right direction.

So today:

B::  Click Protein Drink and Coffee
L::  Inspire Peanut Butter Fudge Protein Shake
S:  Sugar Free Caramel Skinny Latte (yes, I'm evil and love my coffee)
D:  Another Protein Shake of some sort.  Maybe Pina Colada.
S:  Protein Pudding

Exercise:  Ran for 40 minutes.
Water:  About 6 cups.......I need to improve on that.
Vitamins:  YES!

S: Protein bar
D: El Pollo Loco chick breast and small beans
