Good Morning,

Today brings me some good news. I have my approval for my back surgery, now I am just waiting for the doctors office for a date for surgery. It should come by the end of the day, and if it doesn't I will be calling their office by 4 today. I have waited all too long for this. I didn't take a morhphine pill last night, I am sick of itching and I started to feel queezy from it, but low and behold, 3 am, PAIN!!! So I took one, I am going to try for 2 a day instead of 3.

Today for me, rings the same. Sitting, staying cool, tending to my farms on facebook and my space and awaiting Doug to come home. He and my dad will go next door tonight and visit with my neighbors son, who is on leave from the Army. He leaves again on Thursday for Germany. From there he doesn't know where they are going to be deployed. God Bless him and all the men and women of our Unites States Armed Forces/

Ok time to go, Chris I hope those ants find another house to go and invade. Everyone have a great day, and stay as cool as you can.

Good morning Javi! almost good afternoon for me!

I'm in the middle of my four hour waiting "window" from Lowes... awaiting bathroom items: tub/vanity/toilet/shower/etc....

Also, awaiting a friend who is coming by for lunch...

it's hot here in Long "Beach"... but probably not as hot as the inland folks, so... i'll just count my blessings on this Tuesday...

i was not a happy camper this morning sitting "in line" at the lab ready to give 14 vials of blood...now I'm really not a happy camper because I get to go back and give another vial because they messed up processing...but such is the life of a WLS patient....it's inevitable so ... here I sit, hungry all over again cuz I know it's head hunger...I'm not really hungry.

Tomorrow won't be too bad, I keep trying to convince myself. No waiting and just one skinny little vial of blood...heck...I dont' even have to turn the car off...if I keep repeating it, maybe it will be true. LOL.

I'm actually pretty good today. I slept alittle better. Was it just me or did the humdity drop alittle and make the swamp cooler work better last night? Or maybe it was the coffee I didn't have this morning?

Friends are going to Gilroy for the weekend for the Garlic Festival..I would LOVE to go...I really wanna try some garli**** cream..just alittle taste cuz I'm curious. Anyone have any experience in that?
