I had a great weekend.  Saturday, just bounced around town and chilled. Sunday, was at the laundrymat at 4:30 am after only have had 3 hours worth of sleep.  On the way home, got a breakfast sandwitch at Mc Donalds, ate and then went back to bed for another 4 hours.  I had to pick up my meds at the pharmacy, went to Michael's for some yarn to make an afghan.  Trying to get started with Christmas gifts early this year.  Wish me luck.

I still did not get to finish a red , off -the-shoulder sweater that I was making.  Hopefully I will finish tonight.  Knit 1, purl 1 rib sure is boring.

OMGosh Chris. I HATE ANTS!!!!! I am so sorry that happened. You know, you never know when those pesky things will show up.

Sounds like everyone had a great weekend, that is wonderful. We all have so much to be thankful for.

One last day off. YEAH. Heading out to the gym here in a bit. Appointment with my trainer this morning. I was going to have lunch with a friend today, but something came up and we had to cancel. That kind of sucks. Oh well. I think it is supposed to be a bit cooler here today, but not cool enough for me. Not much else going on around here. I hope y'all have a great day.

Good Morning Chris and Cali Friends,

Oh Chris, I'm so sorry to hear about your bed partners!  Concord is pretty much old orchards so when we moved here, we found a reasonable pest control company and have been on a quarterly spray program for the whole time.  It really helps so much, cuz if they left it up to me, I'd own Raid by now!  LOL

Had a wonderful weekend here, and I think what brought me the most joy was helping my MIL get her patio area back into shape and something she can manage and be proud of.  It surely went from a sows ear to a silk purse with very little effort and money.  We went to our local nursery and bought some more plants which I planted for her yesterday.  Her back gives her fits so I try to do those things and have her direct me on where she wants things.  She loves to water, so now everything is planted and fed and she'll do the watering.

Today will bring some more job hunting.  Last evening I sent out an application for a job in Santa Rosa!  It's a heck of a commute but a great job, so we'll wait and see.  In the meantime, I keep on truckin;.
