Thanks Sue Bee....  I have Yahoo-mapped the campout and it's "only" like 6 hours from me.....if I can find some road-trip buddies, I would love to come down.  I'm still thinking about it....

good for her for being pro-active in response to finding the gene...

may the Lord be with her all through the surgery today and in recovery as well....

Medical technology comes with mixed blessings....  but you're right, with knowledge, we can be pro-active with our health care....  Our youngest sister has not as yet made the decision to be tested....but you better believe Jane and I are on her all the time about her annual screenings!!!  Our mother died at age 48 of ovarian cancer in 1982.

Many Prayers for your sister!  I see that it was cancelled for today, that has to be frustrating once you are set and ready to go, however, there was probably a reason for it to be postponed that we will never know about.   Prayers and positive vibes will continue for her regardless.
