Ok put me down for 1.5 pound loss. I didnt see that coming thought I would be the same this week! so YAY!

Well, it's day two of the demolition derby here at my house!

I'm not losing any pounds watching the boys work, but sheesh, they must be dropping the pounds (which they don't have...skinny men!) while working and sweating in the heat here...

Helped my elderly neighbors the past couple of days... they are in their 80s... dale has cancer and a myriad of heart and other health issues. Well, he fell yesterday while out on an errand... someone called 911... a friend and I took his wife, gladys, to the hospital... he broke his hip...needs surgery today to put in some pins... will he survive it? who knows... prayers for Gladys and Dale... two sons, but one is mentally challenged, and the other lives in TX...

I'm looking forward to demo being over soon, and CONstruction beginning, rather than this DEstruction....

Today I get to report a 3.2lb loss...trippin' over the total of 80lbs lost.  I'm still in shock as I write this...who'da thunk 9mos ago I'd be this successful when I started my journey by attending orientation at Kaiser.  And I can remember thinking maybe it won't work for me :-(  Well, it sure does..when I don't shoot myself in the foot! LOL  I weigh less now than I did when I was 19..40 years ago!  Man. do I LOVE my RNY ^_^

OK Miss Nancy . . . I only have you down for a total of -54. something . . . but your ticker says more . . . shall I spread that extra loss around somewhere?  I want all those great numbers you know!

Naw, Chris...the extra was before surgery. Post surgery loss is 51.4 and it was 28.9 pre-surgery.  Total loss is 80.3 ^_^  And yea, I count every little 10th of a lb...win or lose LOL

wow so much going on with everyone!  Have a safe and fun trip Jillie!   I hope all ants decide to go outside where they belong!   I hope car troubles go away!  and Stress and emotional eating needs to magically disappear lol.

well this is 1 week past surgery for me and I lost 7.4 lbs.  Whoo hoo!  However Im still dealing with the runs... today Im going out to get pepto bismol.. yum ha ha

have a super day!  I sure hope the weather gives us a lil break soon.  Maybe when this weight comes off I can appreciate the heat but for now... ICK!

Well, I dont know when the last time I weighed exactly but I have lost 16 pounds since I last updated. I havent changed my ticker yet, but that is next. I weight 200 pounds now.....1 pound away from Onederland!!

Boy, have I've been busy....today I had to drive out to Brawley for a meeting...the drive was nice, but long...just over 3 hours each way...but I had very productive meeting and now I can go to work tomorrow talking like I know something...hahaha..

Tomorrow is my Friday...then I am off to a mini vacation....next Tuesday is my mothers 70th Birthday so my DH and I are going to Idaho to surprise her.   I can’t wait to see her face…

 

Well, I am giving the baby a bath and she is down playing….

Ok, I'm late, but it is still WWW.  I hope Jillie had a safe trip, I am so excited for you sweetie!  Please give your son a hug and thanks for me!!!!
So I am going to enjoy participating in this WWW game for a bit, not sure how long, but put me down for -2 lbs this week. I weigh 177 and soooo happy to be seeing these 170's finally!!!!
I'm still very swollen, but liking what I see in clothes so far, did a whole lot of trying on things today. This having a whole wardrobe thing is wierd!!! lol I'm not good at choices and now I have to make clothing choices, wth???!!!!   hee hee
hope everyone had a great day and is finding ways to stay cool, it sure is miserable here in my apartment.
