I'm about 80% packed for my little trip to San Francisco. In addition to running the half marathon on Sunday I got a list of friends to visit and catch up with. I can't wait to see the N Cal OH peeps on Saturday!!

Hi Cali,
just a quick stop by this morning (I am the boss this week and have lots to do).  Sorry I could not add to the 80+ pound for the group this week.  I seem to be in a stall.  I will have to change things up.  Can't wait for lunch on Saturday.

Good morning Cali Crew--

Yesterday was a very nice day. Hung out at a friends house with my niece and nephew. I hadn't spent a lot of time with them this summer, as they had been away for most of the summer. I love being able to spend time with them. They are 17 and 15, so I like that they still consider me "cool" to hang with, lol. We had a wonderful time.

Came home to some drama from their mom, which is my "friend", I have spoken of here. The friendship is ending, but it is slow, painful, and hurtful. I'm on the receiving end of the innuendos that her and her mom fling at me. So if its not my family, its friend's crap, that I have to deal with. Somebody say a prayer, I am trying to be strong. If I say "and this to shall pass", one more time..... I am trying.

Today brings running some errands. Its my younger brother's birthday today, so I should stop by later on. Tomorrow is my birthday. I'm not going to let things bring me down and I will enjoy tomorrow for what it is.... a celebration of the day,  I  was given life, so I will live my life!!
