Happy Surgiversary to me too
Well I can't beleive it's been a whole year already. I will admit it's been kind of a tough one. The good news it that I have lost about 105 lbs and I no longer have Diabetes or sleep apnea. I only take one blood pressure pil (was taking 5). I have gone from a size 22 down to a loose size 8.
I can walk the mall with my daughter and she wears out before I do. I can take the stairs at work and not feel like I am going to die by flight #2.
I try so hard to focus on all of the good that has come from the WLS.
There are an amazing group of people on OH and I appreciate all of you. Thank you so much for all of your support in the last year. It truly does mean a lot to me.

Hi Linda,
Your adventure is very inspiring to me. I am 7 weeks past my surgery and it has seemed like the longest 7 weeks of my life. On days I don't have weight loss I worry that I won't lose anymore and my head hunger is still strong. I am so impressed you no longer have diabetes or sleep apnea. I am hoping I can make the same claims on my one year anniversary.
Congratulations!

Congrats. I am sorry that you are going through so much with your surgery in the last year, but I am certainly glad, that you continue to do so well. You are a inspiration to so many, you don't even know.
Wishing you continued success and may this last surgery FIX you once and for all.

Your enthusiasm and positive thoughts still abound with the problems that you've faced. You're truly an inspiration!
It's a great place to be, free of diabetes and sleep apnea and only 1 pill for BP. Keep it up and I'll continue to think good thoughts for the resolution of your stricture.
Big hugs,
