MY 1 YEAR SURGIVERSARY TODAY

Chris I also noticed there are quite of California folks who had surgery today. awesome sharing the day with so many.

I wish everyone would be able to read your post.  Especially those who think we have taken the easy way out.  You have put down in words what we all go through, day in and day out, and you said it so beautifully. 

I wish you continued sucess, and that all your hopes and dreams for this year come true.

thank you Diane, this is definitely not easy. the people that are with me day to day, like my coworkers and family know how hard this is. my coworkers say they would never be brave enough to do this, mostly because they love food too much and can't even think of living so restricted. it's not that bad, but some days are just not good days that's all. it actually all depends on us how those days go, what we choose to eat and deal with our day to day issues.  Now that I've made my year, I feel like I can relax and now work on staying healthy and losing the rest of my weight without feeling so stressed about it. thanks again for your post.

Happy surgiversary to you.  What a great posting, I love your honesty and can totally relate.  I know what you mean about your brain telling you one thing and your tummy telling you another, same thing happens here with me.
