Geez how could you have known???  I was extrememly frustrated this afternoon when I got a call from the Ford dealer telling me my car (which they've had for a week now) is still not ready.  They offered to get me a rental car, but I told them they can take that and more off my bill for the inconvenience.  They said they would, since they broke something in my dashboard when they were putting it back. ..... UGH.
