Hi All :) I've been approved for surgery on August 11th and I'm pretty nervous!  I start my liquid diet on Tuesday ... that makes me equally as nervous! LOL

Welcome to the Cali board Deehoney and congratulations on your date.  This is the BESTEST board on OH (IMHO) and you'll get so much love and support here you'll feel like family in no time!  There are lots of luncheons and coffees going on down there and up here in Nor Cal and we hope you'll join us anytime.  You're going to love this WLS journey, hang on, hold tight, it's gonna be a wild ride with a thrill a minute!

We're here with support and answers (maybe not all the ones you want to hear) but there is so much experience here.  Start reading blogs and you'll get a great sense of what this journey is all about.  I wish you an uneventful surgery and very speedy recovery.

YAY!!!!!!  Congrats on your date.  Nerves a normal.  The liquid diet is not really fun but it is a perfect prep for life newly post op.  You will do well.
