Long Beach Numbers

Today at the Long Beach coffee,I decided to add the total amount of lbs lost from the 23 people that attended.  It shocked me, as it did everyone else.  Ok, as I said there were 23 of us there.  The total amount of weight lost among us was 3,199 pounds.  Is that AMAZING?  Can U believe it those numbers? So next time a group of you get together, get the numbers together and see what you come up with.  It really was a lot of fun.

By the way, I do not know the person that especially brought me two items to wear in the hospital, but both fit, and I look very forward to being alot more comfortable now.  Jean, that you for the socks, and Rhonda, please keep my underwear off your head!!!!!
