The whole being late thing was my fault, but I'm glad it ended up being a good thing. lol I had a blonde moment that day and thought lunch was at 12:30 instead of 11:30. duh

I have to say that this guys question was a wierd one. What kind of question is are you materialistic when you just meet someone?? I think your cell phone did you a favor!!! lol

And Nancy you thought you were late! Ha ha! I had a wonderful birthday weekend! I shared it with wonderful friends! It started with a lovely lunch and dip in the pool, proceeded to go to dinner with DH and a group of very dear friends! Boy, did we have a blast. Too much to tell here, but suffice to say, I kissed a pig on his rump and danced a chicken dance on peanuts! And I don't even think I had drank anything at that point!
Later it was on to karaoke, where we laughed so much, I thought for sure someone was going to pee their pants! That was only Friday night!
On Sat, it was up early to go to the LB coffee (my first), I wasn't disappointed. It was a wonderful group of men and women, boy the encouragement I found there and support! Everybody was so nice and I loved meeting everybody! Afterwards it was on to lunch at El Torito. Another surprise birthday singing, it was just perfect. Great friends, good food, fantastic memories. Thank you Lori and Naomi for taking pics, I didn't think to take pics.
Yesterday, I slept in and kinda gelled at home, with my hubby. Later that evening we went to Rhonda's and had a fantastic meal with her and her hubby and family. We had a great time.
I want to thank everyone for making this the best birthday in my whole life. I can't stop talking about it. I even was bragging to my family today about the fantastic supportive friends that I have made. Love you all bunches!
